Tuning Help

Last week end I started to tune I have 42lbs injectors and a TT 93 oct street chip running 17lbs of boost and fuel pressure is set at 43lbs line off, I made 3 passes 1)777-0.0 degrees 2)750-0.9 degrees 3)753-2.1 degrees I see that I am a little lean and going to add fuel in the chip,how much fuel should I add?Also this week I added a stock intercooler with Dutt neck how much will this change my boost? My #'s at idle are as follows:

r 750-850
Tps .44
Iac 34
cc at idle stay's steady/at cruise goes up by 10-20 counts
*at idle has a little stumble it smooths out at 1,850-2,000 rpms
*fuel goes up 1:1 with boost/WOT 60lbs fuel press

I would a have to ask if you changed anything between the three runs? How much time in between? Was the tempature outside dropping? Was the engine temp the same? Was the boost at the trap the same or was it going up? Any exhaust leaks?

I'd add 10% and go from there. Boost may increase two psi with neck.
