Turbo Oil Return Line in 4.1 L

Will it be alright to run turbo oil return line into blocked off mechanical fuel pump plate in a 4.1 L?

Welcome Pilgrim! It would be better to tap into the oil pan.

I put mine in the same place in the block just like my 3.8 .. looks factory that way too.

+2 Same place as the 3.8 Much easier.

Got mine in the ing mine fuel pump spot, if you drill a hole in the 4.1, there's a chance you weaken the block! Thats where they crack when drilled. Been running mine for 3 years, and I just freshened it up, all looked good when I pulled it down. I have ran 25lbs boost, and more stll rolling, no girddle, just stud, and stock main caps!

my buddy did it and it worked fine

did it on my 82 block and worked fine also. There are a lot of people that have done it this way.

Stock location is where I did it on two of them; works well.

I have had two blocks with the return in the stock 3.8 location. I now have it in the oil pan due to new turbo location. This was never an issue with it in the stock location.
