TurboTweak chip and Closed Loop

I have a TurboTweak alky chip. My first chip was burned for blue tops. The car would go in to closed loop after it warmed up. Now that the chip has been burned for 65's, it only goes in to closed loop while driving. As soon as it goes in to OL Idle, it goes to open loop.

Is this normal?

Yes. It should go into open loop at idle and your 02's should be between 780 and 820 at idle.

Because of the 65's? They didn't do that with the blue tops. Both are alky chips.

If the BLM's had not learned properly on the blue top chip, it may not have gone into open loop idle mode.
When everything is right, it should go into open loop shortly after you come to a stop. Jabot's right, the O2's should hover somewhere around the 800 area while in open loop idle in drive.
