I want to make sure I fab the TV linkage for my Hilborn injection correctly as I'm getting down to the final linakge setup. I need to know the exact required TV arm geometry:
1) Radius of TV attach point from the throttle shaft rotation axis: I have 1.25" from some prior notes, want to recheck to make sure it is correct so I get the correct TV travel. Alternatively, I can work backwords from knowing the exact travel the TV cable needs to go through from idle to WOT. Trans is one of Chris's (CK) if that makes any difference.
2) Starting angle of the TV arm with respect to the cable: Normally (??) the cable bracket holds the cable horizontally, so I would need the angle of the line from the throttle shaft pivot through the TV attach point WRT either horizontal or vertical. I want to be sure the arc travel is correct, since the effective working radius of the TV cable changes as the throttle goes from closed to fully open giving a non-uniform pull with throttle angle (or does this not matter???).
Thanks - Greg
