I had the same issue with the gbodyparts vac block. It's really set up to use the thin wall silicone hose. I just took the vac block with me to the parts store and they let me go in the back and see which hoses worked best for each port. Or I think gbodyparts has a silicone vac hose kit.

Same block I have and my hoses were all stuck together with no room for zip ties , so they had safety wire twisted around them ( I got it that way }. I'm looking for thin wall silicone to replace them also.

Does anyone have any idea what size vacuum hoses this block uses? Or where to get them ?

I used fuel line hoses from pep boys. You"ll have to get each individual size 7/32 etc. the largest port will give a little work but it will wedge in there creating a tight seal. I tried uploading a pic of mine for an example, I don't know if the pic went up. This is what worked for me .

I have this one coming and should be here in a couple of days and hopefully will work better than the aluminum vac. block with the ports all on one side and so close together you can barely get hoses to fit.

Check it out you may like it.

I received my new and different aluminum vacuum block today. This thing is a work of art and is going to look nice sitting on top of my Kenne Bell polished 70mm throttle body and plenum, and more importantly there won't be any issues with getting hoses on. There are 3 ports on each side of the block. Not a bad deal for $46.00 shipped and only took a few days to get it. The ebay item number is in my post above if you want to see it.

That looks real nice. What kind of fitting would you need if you use regular vacuum lines and where would you get it?

I'm going to try and find some chrome fittings at a good price on ebay if possible. I did a little polishing on the vac. block to remove some scratches from the machining process of the block, looking even better now.

I got the new vac. block installed about an hour and a half ago. Much better with lots of room to put the hoses and wire ties on with 3 ports on each side.

I had been using a billet aluminum vac. block with all the ports on 1 side and what i did find to work best are silicone thin wall hoses,i just recently took the block off and redid them with silicone hoses and wire ties and it worked good, still tight but doable. I almost changed my mind about removing it but since i had the new vac. block and all new fittings and silicone hoses i went ahead and replaced it tonight.

Do you know where i could find some of the thin wall silicone hose? All i can find is the super thick stuff.....

I buy it off ebay from seller name FIRST.RACING they have it in 12 sizes and 7 colors but i have only ordered it in black. They sell it by the foot really cheap but it's good quality and the shipping is reasonable also. This is just the seller i use but of course there are many others. Just enter "silicone vacuum hose" in the search box on ebay and maybe include the size of the hose you are looking for.

What i mean by they sell it by the foot,is if you only need 1 foot they will sell you 1 foot.
