Vapor Canister filter

I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the filter in the vapor canister?

I took the canister out of the car, but it looked to me like there wasn't an easy way to change it.

I didn't want to break it or tear it up, so I left it alone. I noticed in a firebird manual that the filter comes out from the bottom pretty easy, but after looking at the canister on the car, it wasn't as easy as it looked in the manual. Of course it wasn't a TTA manual just a regular firebird one.

Is there an easy way to change the filter?

Some canisters have a filter in the bottom but ours don't, guess there is no filter to change on ours at all ... anyone
