Bottom rear (and front I guess) bumper bolts. Chrome or stainless color or black? Thanks! See pic.

Black oxide, at least that's what mine are.

All Regal's were largely assembled as "parts bin" cars. Who knows what tech reached into what bin the day they put your car together.......... as long as it fit.........
