It depends on what you think of as "fast". My goals are to drive the car and have fun in it. To do that it's got to handle well and take most cars that will currently make it look like it's standing still.
The NHRA record for a B4black car is in the high 14's if I remember right and my goals are to be able to make it at least 2 seconds faster, but I hope to break the 10's at least once, and that's without N2O.
