What size turbo???

Hey guys do I'm sure a few of you have seen other posts of mine. Kind of new to turbo buicks, as far as performance parts. I know you need to measure wheels, etc. but wondering if by looking if someone might be able to help figure the size of a turbo I picked up. Came with a motor that I basically purchased for parts. Any help is always appreciated

Why does that turbine wheel look like that? Well its a precision exducer that's for sure.

The wheels are Garrett and the turbine is a clipped p trim. The compressor is likely a 66mm tv45 or a 70mm. Both are old diesel wheels that support a lot of power. The t04e covers start to limit those wheels around 70lbs/min even though the 70mm compressor will flow 84-85lbs/min in the correct housing with the correct turbine and turbine housing.
