whats best?

what gear ratio would give quickest 1/4 times and still be able to cruise interstate mph and also what kind of and how many rpm stall conv should i go with for quicker times or are the stock one best?

From the research i have done the stock 3.42 is the best, i have read that some have gone slower with a 3.73. As far as converter i think whatever the turbo calls for would be best, but i have never had a stall before.
