Whats the easiest way to get 2-3 inch drop

Im trying to buy a 83 regal for a daily to do a ls swap on and Im awaiting shipping arrangments however I will be doing the disc brake conversion and running 18s.

I would like to drop the car 2-3 inches and Im sure it will be lower once it settles. However Im wanting to daily the car and do some playing in it also.
