What's this going for in your area?

I'm in the market for an enclosed car trailer 20'-24' long, bumper pull in good physical/mechnical condition....age does not matter. What do you all see these trailers going for in your areas? Seems here in the KC area, sellers are getting damn near retail prices for them....crazy prices and I cannot figure out why???

Ha ,thats a funny one,,,KC is like ground zero,,,the further from there the higher the price
