Art stage 2 heads are legal,I am not 100% sure on everything your car has, But i believe it would be TSO legal.
Here are the rules
GENERAL
Qualifying ET is 9.99 or quicker.
Heads-up .400 pro tree start and pro ladder.
Winner and runner-up are subject to re-weigh and re-tech immediately after final round or at any other time.
CHASSIS
Car must possess all applicable safety equipment for potential ET/speeds attained and should comply with all host track safety requirements IHRA/NHRA.
Minimum car weight with driver must be at least 3,400 pounds
Removable ballast for the purpose of classification adjustments is limited to 100 pounds and should be per NHRA/IHRA ballast rules. Maximum allowable removable/permanent is 500 lbs. Ballast must be bolted to frame or crossmember with a minimum of two ½ inch diameter bolts per 100 lbs. Water reservoirs for use with intercoolers are not considered ballast and are permitted.
Stock wheelbase required (108.0" measured +/- ½ inch).
Engine/firewall must be in stock location.
Factory stock body lines/contours must be maintained (i.e. hood, doors, fenders, wheel openings, bumpers, trunk lid, etc). Rear stabilizer wings are allowed.
Any fiberglass or carbon fiber body panels, bumpers, etc. allowed.
Complete, painted Buick Turbo Regal/Grand National body required.
Stock operating glass windows and windshield are required, no lexan.
Lights, horn, and necessary equipment for street use must be operational. Windshield wipers, heater and AC are all optional.
Stock front inner wheel wells required.
Full stock GM frame is required, no tube chassis cars are allowed.
Modifications to stock rear wheel wells allowed, mini-tubs are allowed.
Reinforcements at inner rear frame rails are allowed.
REAR SUSPENSION:
-Stock inner frame rails required
-Aftermarket 4 links and ladder bars are not permitted. Stock type 4 link suspensions must maintain stock lateral angles and attachment points may be moved up or down on rear axle housing. Attachment points on frame must remain in stock location. Wheelie bars prohibited.
-Rear coil overs allowed with 50# weight penalty
FRONT SUSPENSION:
Aftermarket direct-replacement components are allowed as long as stock mounting points are maintained on components and frame.
BRAKES
The braking system may be upgraded. All cars must have front and rear hydraulic brakes. Automated brakes or any type of traction control is prohibited. Application and release of brakes must be a function of the driver's foot. Line loc permitted.
COOLING SYSTEM
Radiator - An OEM production-style or aftermarket fullsize radiator is required and must be mounted in stock location.
ENGINE
Any Buick V6 cylinder block allowed, no cubic inch displacement limits.
Any oil pan allowed. No dry sump oiling systems allowed.
Any cylinder heads, allowed.
Any intake manifold and plenum allowed.
Any size stock or aftermarket throttle body allowed
Any type of headers & crossover allowed.
No restrictions on engine driven accessories; i.e. alternator, water pump, p/s, etc.
A/C and heating equipment may be removed.
TURBO, DOWNPIPE & INTERCOOLER
Maximum turbo size is 88mm compressor wheel no large frame or full thumper style turbos.
TO4 style turbo given 150# weight break for 76mm max.
Any header configuration allowed. Exhaust pipe OD is unlimited, downpipe must be routed down through the stock location and the exhaust pipe must extend beyond the leading edge of the driver's seat with the exhaust directed to the side by means of a turnout or turndown.
Exhaust system must have a muffler(s) in the exhaust system and all exhaust gasses must pass though the muffler(s).
Any wastegate configuration allowed.
Any air to air intercooler is allowed.
Liquid intercoolers allowed with a 75# weight penalty, liquid not considered a ballast and can be run with production style heads only. (James wants to axe this rule and keep liquids out all together.)
No intercooler external spray cooling allowed.
ENGINE MANAGEMENT & FUEL SYSTEM
Battery may be in any location.
Any ECM/fuel management system is allowed w/ any onboard electronics are allowed.
Any air induction system allowed.
Stock fuel tank w/sump addition or fuel cell allowed.
Any fuel pump(s) configuration/location w/ any fuel lines allowed.
Any fuel rail(s) allowed.
Any type fuel pressure regulator allowed.
Any size fuel injectors allowed, no limit on number used.
Gasoline fuel only, no additives, alcohol, or nitrous oxide injection allowed.
BRACKET RACING AIDS
Bracket racing aids such as optical sensors, delay boxes, stutter boxes, and throttle stops are not allowed. The application or use of any device, mechanical or electronic, that permits the driver to ascertain the position of their vehicle in relation to the starting line is prohibited.
TRANSMISSION
Any GM automatic transmission with torque converter is allowed. Transbrake is allowed. Aftermarket shifter allowed but any gear change must occur as a result of an internal function of the transmission or as direct action of the driver. Pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, etc. shifters prohibited.
WHEELS & TIRES
Any matched set of four wheels allowed.
Slicks w/ sidewall designation up to a 29.5” x 11.50” -15” size tire w/ a maximum measured footprint of 11.25” is allowed
DOT street tires w/sidewall designations up to a 30.0” x 13.50”-15” size tire are allowed.
INTERIOR
Stock dash must be retained with any gauges and any transmission shifter allowed.
Car must have a fully carpeted floor board w/2 front seats, door panels, headliner, applicable interior trim, etc. Rear seat may be removed; area must be carpeted to match.
