3 down, way too many to go. And then they will al use the same SS# when they apply for jobs. Where I work 12 of the 16 people hired had the same SS#. They were gone before the drug test results came back

Fox news published a story late last year where the fire chiefs in Oregon and Colorado are loosing their jobs of 15-30 years because they don't speak spanish. It seems a law was passed that requires all fire chiefs to be able to communicate in all the languages with their subordinates. Some hispanic new hires can't speak english so instead of requiring english as a prerequisite to be able to comunicate with your fellow firefighters and chief; we fire the chief.
