It may not even be the turbo stalling it could be something else. When I get on it (WOT) all of a sudden it will act like I let off the throttle completely (getting the flutter sound and everything) while still being full throttle. First gear is the worst, 2nd and 3rd the boost goes up and down 3 to 4 pounds. It's a fairly new build, 6765 dbb with ported shroud H cover, gn1 super extreme fmic, 70mm tb and plenum, 60lb Inj, fully ported heads and intake, 3" thdp, ls1 maf and translator.

All I have is a scanmaster at the moment, everything at idle is perfect and I haven't really ran through the numbers at wot but the o2s are in the 820 range with no kr at 20#

I wish I put them in this morning, that would mean I wouldn't be at work.
What brand do you suggest? I'll grab some different plugs after work.

i like AC plugs the hard part if figuring out what number plug to get. ive heard good things about the E3 plugs too, dont know how they would act in boost situations though.

no alky on the car. ill have to get some AF readings when i get home, it was late lastnight when i was testing.

Didn't accidentally put your chip in valet mode did ya???

Don't ask me how I know.

i will be interested to hear what fixes your car, i have been fighting a bad break up issue with mine for some time. the car would spit buck, pop and lay over every time it hit 15psi. Finally found it was the chip.....Eric Marshal checked it out, could not find a problem with the chip but burned me a new one anyway.

I put it in and it seemed to fix the car, now it does what you describ but it is intermitten and seems to only do it from a slow roll from 1st gear. I have yet to buy a power logger and that would help me figure it out but it seems like a turbo problem of some sort??????

please post up what you find.

Well, what number autolites are you running? How much boost you running?

Allot of people here are having good luck with the e3's as well. No boost issues.

That sounds like a ignition issue. Check your crank sensor. Make sure it's not getting hit.

Also check to see if the balancer is tight and for crank end play.

I don't think the tt chip has valet mode. I tried new plugs (e3's) and same problem, except this time I stayed in it and the motor just stalls.
