Will this timing cover work?

Ok I am building a 4.1 n/a block into a turbo motor. Will this timing cover work? I know it will bolt to the pan but is there anything different from it than an intercooled GN's cover besides the way it fits to the oil pan?

The front covers are the same except for the oil pan bolt pattern . The aftermarket covers actually come drilled for both a 14 bolt or 20 bolt oil pan bolt pattern.
