Look at how clean this intake is...Spraying methanol sure will keep your intake clean of carbon! The black you see is the cast of the metal. I swiped my finger and it was clean...thankfully.
I have a new 62MM throttle body and plenum that have been powdercoated and tapped for an IAT sensor that will be going on next. As soon as the plenum gets back from coating it will be done.
