I installed mine last year and saw a tremendous drop in coolant temps. I am happy I did it. Well, I never bought a radiator cap for it (been using stocker). What year/make and PSI do I buy it for?? I appreciate your help!

i'd say keep using what you're using if the temp is right. i think it's a 15 psi system.

82-92 Camaro with a V8 13-15 psi

mine didnt. I am slowly losing water. I did a pressure test on the coolant system today at 15 psi and after 1 min it went down to 14. cannot find any visual leaks. The car back fired on the dyno , might have damaged a head gasket.

I installed an F-Body radiator in my GN last year also, huge difference in cooling. I'm using the OEM cap for the car on mine, and having no issues whatsoever.

Only modification was to the trans cooler lines to make them fit.

I have an engraved cap on mine from TR customs..Site says it is rated for 16 PSI..Never see temps over 172 so I'm happy and leaving it as is.....

Might be losing water do to a lifted head, cracked head or block.
