First time to the track with the TTA in 6 years, on new setup, 7.45 @94 and 11.60 @117.5 at 14psi and only 1.67 sixty...I guess Im pretty impressed. Old times with stock motor, te60 and strech intercooler was the excact same, except 26psi and 1.57 60'

Why only 14 PSI.. turn that sucker up :D

Please beat the King.. 10.55  :D

stock internals, balanced and blueprinted, 109 steel caps/gridle 1.77 valves,
ported irons, wirelock headgasket ,TH 3" with dump
ported intake, stock TB
55inj
pt72
liquid intercooler
atr roller cam
port headers
aeromotive fuel system
brian hofer 2004r billet roller(this guy knows his stuff)
PA k-member, manual rack, a/c delete
stock wheels, drag radials

I tryed to run 18psi, And had a breaking-up problem, fix it today, coil was bad, 1 and 4, ran good to 14psi, sound like a 2-step when I try to turn it up, I will be running saturday, and 116 is in place

King of what?.....BS

Ahh hem.. clearing throat.. your still slower :p

Hopefully the ninja death setup you've had someone build for you ought to take care of that someday :D Until then..

I have the fastest stock block TTA. Find a faster one.. hopefully alb1bad6 will lay the number down.

Nope never was slower than you biznitch.

I just don't sling BS to people...last i checked they didn't have a methanol pump or nitrous fill at the local shell station :p Let someone catch you with an empty bottle sometime and lets see how your junk really runs on PUMP gas.

BTW what happened to that motor? oh yeah...BOOM BITCH!

Mine is still running in OHIO,Lonnie Diers called me a few weeks back to tell me that it runs like a scalded ape...not bad for an $800 shortblock built in a 5x5 section of my tiny one car garage, too bad nobody worth a damn can say that about any motor you built.

BTW don't hate because I can afford to build a motor right, bring your junk on out and we can go I'll run straight pump gas to your straight pump gas and still whip that ass like I told you I would 2 years ago.

Too bad there are faster stock block GN's that weigh more and have all the aerodynamics of a barn door

I notice every time someone has something to say about running straight pump gas you have to chime in like your s*** don't stink, and we couldn't give a rats ass how great you think you are, this guys and others threads are not about you or other members of the assclown vendor worship posse.

Gotta love the haters.

Where were you at BG this year

Guess what car won the TAI(Turbo Alcohol Injection) class ;)

1) I said I have the fastest stock block TTA. Yes? The fact it runs with 93 in the tank.. doesnt matter.

2) I am faster on pump gas than you are.. refer to TAI class at BG.. all cars filled up at Chevron.. Ohh thats rite.. all the talk.. no action..

3) Nitrous is used when needed to take car of nuisances ;) And Nitrous was not run at BG. With a guy like you.. believe it would be used.

Ok.. lets clear the air.. Reynolds you can bring your setup.. run it on 93 octane.. and show me how its done. It is the next Buick event no?

Pack a lunch :D

BTW.. why you hate the Blue bottle? And yes parts break from racing engines.. so whats your point

Wanted to add.. all my motors are assembled by....

Me :D

Reynolds???? Bueller???

I was at BG this year, and I spoke to all of the vendors and asked all the questions I could. No I did not have a car there because i am still putting it together.I should have it going soon though  .

I did find out alot about the smug personalities of some of the vendors and their obvious involvement in the Buick community has evolved into seeing us as just somebody to make money off of.I have lost some respect for some of them and refuse to kiss up like I see some doing.

I can't say that is true about you, because I did not get the chance to speak with you personally,I can say your posts appear to me to have that same attitude.I may be wrong and if I am I appologize for assuming so.

I will be happy to race you, with all things equal I think it would be a good fun race,my car on straight 93 @ 20# and yours with all the alky and 93 you want on 20#.Single power adder,or if you prefer I can put a bottle on my car too.Maybe at bowling green next year we can have an unbiased tech person set the cars up to run the same boost. There has to be some guidelines, otherwise it would be too easy for either of us to cheat.

The way I see it if that methanol tank happens to go dry chevron isn't going to have any so it isn't truly pump gas.Kind of like the kid with the v-8 at the street races when his nitrous bottle runs out.A temporary hero.

P.S.

In all seriousness,I would hope you don't think I hate on you,we just do things different and I enjoy rattling your cage.I think the smack talk is fun and I consider it a friendly rivalry and I give you s*** because i know you can take it and give it right back.

So with that said.... excuses in 5,4,3....

Ohh I can take all the trash talking you can dish out.. I'm old enough ;)

I dunno bout all this capping boost to 20 PSI.. to me you run what ya brung.. and it is your choice to make excuses when ya lose.. 20 PSI is what i'll be leaving at.. as far as how much boost is run down the track.. that information shall be known to me and my garaje built 109 ;)

So if I run 35 PSI and beat ya running 20 PSI.. I still wins.. first person not to redlite and cross the line first is the winner.. doesnt matter how.. and none of the Betty Crocker baking a cake at the line..

Like TSM has a limit of 25 PSI rite

I'll limit my boost to what the TSM guys will.. actually have this nifty dandy guage that reads 20 PSI all the time :D

If you cant make it to Reynolds.. get yer spurs sharpened up for BG next year.. Drag Radials and pump gas.. I dont care.. You run yer 20.. I'll run my 20  :D

Should of made some time this year and came by.. I was there all week having fun beating on this poor car :)

Believe it or not.. motor now has 2200 miles  Its a record I tell ya :D
