14 bolt 109 - anybody have pics?

I've seen a block with the extra head bolts added on the intake side..... have heard that there have been a few modded one to include the other head bolts..... just never seen it.

Anybody got pics of one of these modified blocks?

Just curious what others have seen or heard?
