wow i cant believe you have you ride up for sale. what car are you looking to get. this is one beautiful car. good luck with the sale.

Gentleman,this is a no excuses,trouble free street/strip car.
Does not run hot, very good street manners. 165-170 degrees.
Full photographic documentation throughout the build,
Engine built by Jim Weise at Tri-Shield performance. This engine is
the level 2 package.
NO REASONABLE OFFER REFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!! Try me......This car would cost
about $35k to duplicate.

Hardblock in a short fill will generaly not cause a car to run hot since its largely displacing dead coolant volume in the bottom of the water jackets. However having increased coolant velocity can cause it to run hot by not allowing sufficent dwell time.

Anyway, I love it except for the colours. Love the Stage II scoop and the dogdishes. Best of luck with the sale, wish I could afford and had use for a car like this.

CTX,thanks for explaining the mysteries behind hardblock.I could not have
explained it any better myself. Quite a few guys have emailed me regarding
this and how this mod is strictly for racing because of the tendency to run hot.Now perhaps that question will be put to rest.:)

Just to add the the rock block, I had a 383 rock blocked the never went over 180 on the street and my engine guy ran a blown 350 in a Vette pretty much as a daily driver with no issues at all. The one concern is oil temps which is why I would always run an oil cooler with any block that is filled on the street.

BTW Nice car.
