70MM VS 90MM throttle body

Looking at a new champion intake. What are the pros/cons of each. I will be running speed density with a 4" intake pipe.

If you are building a 500ci/7000 rpm engine you might be able to take advantage of a 90mm tb. they flow just under 1200cfm. I can't think of a v6 that flows anywhere near that. Probably take 12000rpm.

Fixed your post for you

A 90mm throttle body will support over 2000hp so the 70mm is fine for 1000hp or less.

I was more commenting on the need for Champion intake and 70mm, let alone the 90mm, lol.
A high 10 sec car will see little to no gain with a ported stock intake, let alone the Champion casted piece. Cool guy parts everyone "needs".

I ran a stock TB and plenum and a KB 70mm TB and plenum back to back at the track on my 10.50 T Type and saw no difference at all.
