9.5" N/L 3000 stall (Fake Art Carr)

I have a new converter (9.5 n/l up) in the box & I'd like to get a high 10 out of the car.Is this realistic given my combo with a n/l converter.Torque multiplication ratio is pretty high (so I'm told),& I wonder if I will run out of motor due to rpm vs a lockup converter. THANKS
