Alky kit using 80 oz. Fast!

Julio,

On Donnies car that you installed your kit in BG several years back (Grey T-Type) he keeps telling me his car must like Alky because it goes through 80oz in just 1 or 2 blasts down the street (blue knob set on 6 1/2), Just don't sound right to me that his car is actually using up that much. When compared to others so far his is the only case that I know of using up that much in such a little time. Hell when I raced mine at the TB.com event I made 7 1/8th mile passes with the blue knob at "8" and never went through that much!!

We checked for leaks and just wondering if you have any ideas as to why this is going through so much.

There has to be a major leak.

Max should be about 1-2 ounces per second. Unless there is no nozzle on the hose. Even still, the pump cannot flow that much. 80 ounces in 10 seconds is 8 ounces per second= 480 ounces per minute= 4 gallons per minute.

Unless the blasts are 0 to 160 lasting 30 seconds each.
