Car sat all winter without using it but it has always had a full bottle.

Has power and when the test button is depressed the spray on light illuminates but no spray.

All plugs seem to be tight.

It's a SMC unit 2 years old.

Any ideas what to check next.:confused

Thanks.

The definitive answer comes from checking to see if you have a 12 volt potential across the "red and black" wires on top of the pump when the test button is depressed.

Use a set of long test leads and measure on the pump itself..if it has 12 volts across it... and it doesnt spin, you have your answer.

I have seen where the connections on top of the pump get issue. Hence why I say measure onthe pump itself.

If the pump is bad... Contact Steve for pump/bottle replacement or....

Thats why I dont like submerged pumps. Sorry to hear about it.

How does your system work with a fel-pro?

I mean the progressive part.

Thanks.

Im runing a FAST system and it loves it;)
You use the 3 bar map that you already have :D
My actual AFR stays between 11.3 to 11.7 the whole run and is mostly in the target i have set at 11.5. This system was the 2nd best thing i bought for my car and the first was the FAST system.
When i first installed my system i wanted to make DAM sure it worked right. I hooked a hand pump up to my map sensor and pumped it to 10# and the pump was running verry slow and increased rpm for every pound i pumped it. At that point i added alky and had faith it was going to work and it has:cool:
