Well, just got off the phone with Marvin.I will give him the benifit of the doubt...seems like the shipping company he uses is losing/misplacing some pipes. Chris Mcade vouched for a nice product which makes me feel better, now that we have finally spoken a few details have been cleared up.

The downpipe had been shipped awhile back but didn't make it, the tracking number had been misplaced so he said to go ahead and file for a return from Paypal to get my money back and so he has something to present to UPS for insurance/re-imbursement for a lost package. If the DP does show up eventually he asked to ship it back or pay for it, my choice.

And I say the samething to every one that has the same prob. That is why I like to use paypal, if something goes wrong you can always get your money back. If you will like to call me 281-316-1880 I have nothing to hide!!!!!!!!!

: So..........I called his work today and the girls say he is out of town on a family emergency.....I PM his number to Craig (CS99) and he calls him at his place of work, guess who is working today Craig says he sounds all nervous and will send a tracking number tonight, I call bull****!

Maybe he thinks I will not do anything since I live on the West Coast (Vancouver) Screw it, I'm booking a plane ticket. If he does not come clean he'll wish he never met me.

You can go to paypal and get your money back..............And when your downpipe gets to you DO NOT EXCEPT THE DOWNPIPE and will come back to me and that will be one less downpipe I have to make. YOU CAN COME AND SEE ME IF YOU WILL LIKE. It dose not help to talk **** about someone that can not see what is said. And if you would have told me this on the phone today I would not of started to make you another downpipe. Take your money back and go buy you another downpipe.

Im just waiting and Im sorry he had issues with UPS I use them everyday with no lost packages. But I also dont ship things as big as a DP

That Is why I use PayPal. So if you are unhappy you can always get your money back. But you will also need to return what is mine when and if it ever gets to you, or it will be you that will be seeing me on your doorstep!

Seems to me this could of all been avoided if we had a tracking number. I will only do business with supporting vendors from now on. I still have my doubts as if the pipes were ever shipped in the first place since all I hear is talk and no documentation. When there is this much money involved I would sure have some kind of paperwork in case something happened.

The only way I was able to get some info on you was from these forums, so I don't think anybody was talking behind your back.

Thanks for the downpipe. This thang looks bad ass. It has the best fit I have seen on the 3.5" downpipe. It seems that some people have not got there downpipe, I would have to say that this downpipe is worth the wait. You sold me the downpipe and sent the wrong one the first time and called me and told me this. Sorry it took me so long to seend it back, I wanted to have the right downpipe before I sent you this one back. Thanks once more for the downpipe this thang is nice. It might be because of me that someone did not get ther pipe.
