Marvin has bought some stuff from me, with no problems on this end.

And for the venders, for making parts
I had some flanges made about a year ago for people that was building hybird projects and for my self,because NO VENDERS would make them. Then they see were i could sell the flanges, then one vender starts to make them now. on the flanges i was not make all that much on them i had to send the guy that had them alot of stuff to just get start with this and prob went i n the hole but i need a flange for myself( NO ONE MADE AT THAT TIME).

And also i send a guy a flange to buy, then looks like they copied my flange and starts selling the downpipes now( dont need to say any names but they are new to selling the downpipes now) i think this is low, needless to say the guy send my flange back and says he dont want to buy it. thanks to this person. and i hope he reads this.

It's terrible to think of the # of people that have money at stake on this and are still waiting for their product or their money returned. I order and support all the vendors on this board and many others

Problem is!
That many items we want for our cars 1. are not being made by a vendor or 2 have been discontued or are not longer maid because they went belly up!
So I think that when someone steps up and says there making these items we are all super excited just to be able to get them!
I looked into having a pipe made locally and many they want over $1000 to fab the thing the way I wanted it! And the wait time was just nuts!

Now I hope Marvin ships the pipes he has payments for (Mine and all the others) And if he dosnt, I hope he sends everyones $$ back in the next week!
If not I personlly will be posting info, for us all to use, to file a class action law suit and crimminal charges will be filed in all states of those of us that step forward to go after him.

Marvin I hope you are reading this because If I dont have an email in the next 4 days (As you promissed me) with the tracking # You are leaving me and many others no choice but to do whats needed to get our money back.

I also dont want to be a Dick to Marvin I know things happen, but I also Know I have been screwed by to many people (on and off this and other fourms and web sites I have ordered things from)

And I am a small Business owner my Self I have the means and conections to solve problems with people who do these sort of things to people.

I personally run an honest company so I trust and exspect others to do the same.

Marvin if your out there Email me and all the others back and let us Know whats up! Or just login to your pay pal account and add the funds to your account and then issue the refunds

Again I hate to be this way but when I feel Im getting the shaft Ill retaliate in what ever means I see fit and needed!

You cant screw this many people and think your going to be ok

Anybody know what was Chris Mcdade's outcome with marvin ? He hasn't posted back...I'm assuming he got screwed too :frown:

I wasn't going to do this but, I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. Marvin, is a great guy and a very talented guy, but he cant be trusted. He just doesn't do what he says he going to do. I went to his house to get the downpipe. He was 1 hour late getting there. He had a downpipe. The downpipe had a hole in it where the welder punched threw it and it had grind marks on it. The downpipe looked good except for those two things. Marvin, said he would make me another one. I told Marvin I would take the downpipe with me to see if it would fit. I tried but, it hit the top of the control arm. Other than that the fit was good. I just got tired of dealing with him. I told him I wanted my money back. He came to my house to give me my money back. He wanted to look at the dowpipe on the car to check the fit. Im not sure if he's got the downpipe fit correct yet. He might.

Lets just hope he dose the right thing with everyone else if he cant get us the pipes.

I requested a PayPal refund on my downpipe from Marvin Nichols (aka marvinsgn and ODamn here) by PM here last Tuesday evening. I requested that it be made within 3 days. I also emailed him last Friday evening to remind him to do so. So far, no response and no refund!!!! I will now pursue getting my refund though PayPal and my credit card company. I will also be reviewing the Joe Cipolla thread on the procedures to get the law enforcement agencies in Marvin's area involved in this, too. I would recommend to anybody that Marvin owes products or money to that they do the same. I do understand that he recently moved to another city in Texas. Please IM me if you need any contact information on Marvin that I have currently have or may acquire as this new scumbag saga continues.....

Two weeks ago when ODamn had posted on this board about his great expierence with Marvin (himself) I sent him a PM and jokingly mentioned the extra downpipe he had was probaby mine...well he sent me a pm today.

Money

I will get everone back ther money that have not got there downpipe. But those that ask for ther money back and have not given me the time needed to make the downpipe will not get refund till downpipe has deen sent dack and is in working order. This post has people asking for ther money dack a week after the money was sent to me and that is not good reason to have money sent back. You will receive a downpipe and if you are not happy with it you can send it back for your refund.
