Somebody that actually comes on here and deliberately tries to deceive everyone not once or twice but several times must have a little crook, con, thief etc... in him.

The guy lied to me originally then he has lied to all these customers. If it is taken so long to remake the pipes how did he make them all so quick in the first place and UPS just happened to screw that whole order up

It just really makes me angry to see people get screwed.....

Ive had UPS lose some stuff but like 2 packages in 10 years. Its rare. USPS, on the other hand.... lost a ton of ****.

The whole dual identity thing is a deal breaker tho. I really, REALLY recommend everyone avoid doing business with him.

I had a package from Fed Ex go MIA a few weeks ago. BUT!! This guy sounds like a Keith Mease to me! I would steer clear if you dont like waiting 2-12 months for parts & thats if he delivers? Hope he does! Mease had GREAT Parts but who wants to wait a year?

Fwiw, I hope that everybody that has ordered or sent money on the downpipes or any other other product gets their product or gets their money back. It's terrible to think of the # of people that have money at stake on this and are still waiting for their product or their money returned. Please consider what Shane said above regarding supporting TB.com Vendors. Doing business with a supporting vendor will greatly maximize your chances of a successful transaction.

Well, I really hope that everybody gets their money returned or their product, but after reading this, I am glad that I always buy from a sponsoring TB.com vendor. I have never had an issue with Kirban's, GBodyParts, FTS&S, Race Jace at RJC, or any of the other sponsoring vendors that I have done business with over the years. I wish everybody well on this issue.

Marvin emailed me last week and told me that he had a downpipe ready for me. He promised to send me pictures of it, but they never came. More stalling tactics, I'm sure. I just filed my claims with PayPal and my credit card company and will initially pursue getting my money back that way.

PayPal has shut down his account, according to him, and I think that's true since they gave me the option of starting the claim right then. They showed that they were unable to contact him in the information that they provided for me.

Once again, anybody who is interested in pursuing and prosecuting Mr. Nichols should refer to the Joe Cipolla thread mentioned earlier in this thread to get additional information. Please contact me if you need phone numbers and such for Mr. Nichols.

Paypal will not give you a refund directly. Only your credit card, debit card company can

FWI, a buyer must file a claim with PayPal within 45 days of the transaction date. Otherwise, they won't pursue the matter.

This is correct. A CC company will not f uck around and will force the PP acct. to go negative. This in turn pisses off PP even more for even more pressure on the acct. holder. Im sure if its over a certain $ amount PP will have its lawyers armed and ready. I almost sent this guy my headers and a new 4 bolt housing so i could get a dp made. Glad i didnt .

If you filed a dispute through paypal then the money will come from paypal. Paypal take 2-4 months to finish a claim.

If you have to dispute a charge and paid through paypal contact the direct source of payment made. The bank issued credit card is the fastest way to get a refund.

Well I give! I gave the man plenty of time to come threw and now hes stopped Answering emails and has yet to return any of my calls
I just filled the claim with pay pal. If he dosnt give me the money back Im filling the paper work I got from his local court house and will sue the crap out of him. Im am also calling the FCC and some other agencies to see if he can be arrested for fraud. At this point I think there are least enough poeple just on this board to put him away for quite some time!

Nope FCC are the agency you have to contact for fraud on the Internet
Same as if you were to be on TV doing an info deal and then never send any thing to those who purchase from the add.
If anyone sent a payment via money order or mail they can also contact the Postal Service for Mail Fraud.
Trust me Ive done this crap before and the other guy paid my Travel and Loddging bills plus the amount owed and then also had to pay me for loss of time from working total for a $300 part you ask?? $1900 he ended up giving me back! Of course I had to spend part of that to get there and back. In the end it was all worth it since I did get him locked up for 90 days on top of it all
My cousin is a lawyer so he takes care of the papers for me and knows what and where to go for it
Marvins done as far as Im concered, I have some other ways to deal with him aslo lol Can you say Highway Men?? Not a nice group if you cross one of there members like me!
