send it back, and file with small claims if you dont get the $ back fast and in full. its not much to file. If anyone else didnt get their money back yet they should do the same. Should take this as a lesson learned marvin. Your brother isnt allways going to be there to bail you out of things, and shouldnt!

He personally sent me the funds back threw pay pal as I asked for I closed the dispute with them as well on the other transation and he even paid me for the shipping back to him

So all in all its done and over with for me on this one and Im sorry to say Im just that much more afraid to deal with anyone on the internet if I cant meet them face to face fisrt.

And agian guys my car is for sale if anyone is interested let me know or look in the Cars for sale section.

no, you're right.

I was getting at the fact that people think that it wont be that hard to produce a bunch of stuff and sell it for money, get a bunch of orders, and then cant deliver on it without half assing the product. This marvin guy should have had a better idea of what it takes to make a piece like this.

See the photos I attached. I think Marvin needs his head examind if I could weld I guess it wouldnt be an issue but I cant!

And Id have to open up the main hole for the turbo as its only 2.25" and not what I would have thought it should be! 4" pipe should have atleast a 3" hole or its going to be no better than having a 2.5" pipe! Thats not that big of a deal and I could have delt with it but damn this thing is no good to me the way it is.
I have asked them to pick it up and give me a refund so well see what happens.

What I told you is that we have to get Thunderace31's withdrawn being that he's been refunded already. But his dispute is still on the account. I have to get his off the account before I fund the account or he'll be paid twice. You know I haven't tried to avoid you and have been in constant contact with you. I'm sorry if that's not good enough. But I'm not going to make the mistake of funding someone out of my account or in any other matter except throught paypal. And also...so you know....I haven't been getting my updates from this website....I just figured I'd check on here and see what's been going on. I can assure you that once Thunder's dispute is gone....then all this will get wrapped up. All I can do is apologize for the wait. But it's definitely not on my end.

Just put the money in the account and issue the refunds as soon as it post they wont have time to send me crap!
If they do Ill send it back to you ASAP
Dude you know Im honest I got my refund and Im sorry that is causing you so much pain. Your other option just open another account and issue the refunds that way
Anyway Ill watch for the deposit if it dose happen.
