I filed a Paypal claim a few weeks ago with this clown.

He wanted me to ship him a box with my FedEx account # so he could send it to me

Or are we going to have a Turbo Buick round up for Marvin's GN in Texas or where ever this guy really is.

All I wanted was a 3 1/2" downpipe up to the engine bay so I could fab the rest to my 4-bolt turbo.

Fixing it all

Hey guys…..

My name’s Dave…and I’m the older brother of “marvin’s gn”. Anyway, I’m trying to help him make sure that everything has been taken care of after everything has obviously gotten out of hand. I know none of you know me on a personal level….but Marv is no thief, no scammer nor a bad guy. He really just didn’t run this thing the way he should have and is trying to get everything fixed before trying again…..even if he has burned this bridge. I’m doing this for him mainly because he really doesn’t have the internet access the way he use to, which is also trying to be resolved. And I’m on the internet way too often. Believe it or not….he was really just trying to offer the members an alternative to the overpriced downpipes that are already out there. I’ve read the thread and was truly surprised myself to see the “alternate personality” issue with the double I.D. thing. He knows it was a bitch move and more or less chalks it up to panic.

Anyway…..what I need is for the people that have/had an order with him for these downpipes to please chime in and let me know if everything has been resolved, whether it be a charge back from Paypal or if you are still waiting on your downpipe. I really only need the people that had business with him to chime in please. I know a lot of haters will want to……but please just let me get everything straightened out.

Now the downpipes in question are all finished. If you are one of one’s that had Paypal reimburse you but would still like the downpipe….he’s going to ship it to you and you can decide if you want it or not. If you do want it….he’ll give it to you with a 50.00 discount off of whatever he originally quoted you. If you decide that you are just flat out done with it….I would appreciate it if you would let me know so we can go ahead and cross you off the list and sell the downpipes that are finished.

Whether you believe this or not….he really didn’t want this to happen and we’re just trying to get it all fixed up now. Please let me know so we can get everything resolved. If you would….when you post….please add your initials so I know who is who compared to Marv’s paypal transaction history.

Ok guys....I'm 13hours ahead of most of you.....it's 10min till midnight over here in Malaysia. I'm just telling you this incase some of you respond and dont' hear back from me right away. I'm heading to bed and will check back with you in about 5-6 hours. I think I have all of the log in names of everyone that's still waiting on the downpipes.

The plan is that they will all be getting shipped out by Saturday and each of you will get the tracking number. Also...once I put in the extra funds to bring his paypal account current....the plan is to shoot each of you the extra 50 bucks. Now if this isn't agreeable...please let me know. Unfortunately this will be the fastest resolve.

Now....if any of you have already replaced the downpipe with another....please let me know asap so it doesn't get shipped to you. Those of you in this situation will be paid promptly after he sells this on.

Regarding PayPal and getting anything out of them. tthorngen was absolutely correct. If the PayPal account that you're charging back against has no money, PayPal just blows you off. I agree. PayPal SUCKS. Thank goodness I used my credit card. Now they handle business (shameless plug for Capital One.)

I would like a refund please, Paypal sucks and did not send my money back because your brother took it all out of his account and split, so there is no money to refund.....
