anyone do minor welding in phially area?

i just need someone to weld my ported elbow to my crappy 3" poston dp. im sure its not hard, i just dont have the equipment. ill pay whatever it cost if anyone can do this

I dont think you can weld cast to steel with any strength or integrity.
