Those tachs work good. I have the same one for my GN, but a different bracket to hold it in the same area. If I get some extra cash, and it doesnt sell; I'll take it.

But I'll let people who need a tach have first dibs.

I thought I read somewhere about something with some tach not working properly with our electrical/ignition system. If this is true, is this a compatible tach, or does it come with whatever is needed to work?

I am new to these turbo cars and would be interested in it if it will connect up and is usable, for sure.

It will work fine. Simple four wire hookup.

It will work on a Turbo Buick. There's a grey wire in a green male deep set plastic plug under the hood near the alternator area that the green wire from the tach hooks to.

Then you have the red (hot, on the IGN terminal at fuse block), the black (ground) and the white (lighting, on LPS terminal at fuse block).

I have this on my car now and it works great, you can set it up for 4,6 or 8 cylinder operation.

Sorry for no response until now. I saw that these tachs sell for just a couple over a hundred new. I would prefer new for $15 more. If you were willing to go $65 shipped, I would take it. Not trying to insult, but being honest.
