Yes it is, much easier than digging out my books from college, they are so old they are falling apart, kinda like me :)

Steve,
The ideal gas law is the most accurate for monatomic gases and is favored at high temperatures and low pressures. It does not factor in the size of each gas molecule or the effects of intermolecular attraction. The more accurate Van der Waals equation takes these into consideration. Thought you might be interested in plugging this one in too.
Mike

Need Charlie off of numbers to figure out which one is best:biggrin:

I'll throw my two cents in here.... I have a PTE front mount that I have had on the car for more than 7 years. Seems to be doing the job so far. Have I thought of a newer IC? Definately. I would love to have the opportunity to have two to test back to back. That would be the only way to figure out the best one for your combo..

Hmmmm?

Mike,
can you explain this formula, if not just tell us what website you found it on.

A nerd like me could have fun with this for days.
Thanks
Sam

IC's.

So the IC-475 is the larger of the two units, and simular to the TSM BA intercooler and designed for low 9's into the 8's. Wow, the choices we have today vs. a year ago.

Q. How can you tell when Dave Bamford is lieing??

A. He is posting about intercoolers.

Roy & Laz's problem was fuel pump related not IC related.

I am not sure where the lie is Sully.

We proved last year that "The Jack" is a POS! YOU and many others listened and switched to better units. The jury is still out on "The New Jack" since the unit has not been made available to the public for testing.

We also told you that super duper turbo you were running was a POS, others listened, switched and their cars picked up.

The truth hurts sometimes.

I am not sure where the lie is Sully.

Do you lie so much that you don't even remember the truth? Saying that Roy and Laz's problem is related to the IC is a big fat bold faced lie. Does that clear it up for you??

Like I said if your posting about intercoolers, odds are it's a lie

The really cool part is so that no one will have any doubt at all about your real intentions, you drag things completely unrelated like turbos into this thread showing everyone what kind of man (and I use that term very loosely) you are.

I was unaware of Roy and Laz having a fuel pump problem.

Now please point out the lies in my above post, it's all pretty accurate... the truth hurts don't it Sully?

Dave you are lucky you didn't get a 1/2 page response with a few more names called to you. Maybe in a few posts or something. Looks like you bring up a few valid points. I guess Sully also went faster with a intercooler upgrade(maybe).

According to Webster:

Lie.
Etymology: Middle English, from Old English lEogan; akin to Old High German liogan to lie, Old Church Slavic lugati
intransitive verb
1 : to make an untrue statement with intent to deceive
2 : to create a false or misleading impression

Just because you didn't know the truth doesn't make it ok to just make **** up to suit your needs.

Excellent post Ted. A tribute to the entire Buick community. Now you can turn this from a constructive thread about ICs into another personal attack on Me. I am sure no one is tired of that.

I hate to say it but... we told you so, intercooler was junk you switched, turbo was junk you switched.:D :D :D

I don't know about other people but there is only one person's opinion that means less to me that Ted's. Any guesses on who's that is?

That is funny you listened to our test results on "The Jack" and switched to a so called bigger and better unit.
