Bacon on ice cream?

I love bacon. I like it at breakfast and on burgers. I'm not sure I could eat it on ice cream or chocolate covered though. Micky Ds got it on soft serve ice cream now, anyone going to try it?

Do a search for bacon ice cream and you can find quite a few recipes for it. It's considered gourmet by quite a few people and some of the recipes sound interesting. One of them is maple bacon and brown sugar ice crean and I could see it with pancakes for a desert ot treat.

I just tried a couple of weeks ago chocolate covered Bacon from a local candy shop. It was the most disgusting thing I've eaten. To top it off they added salt to it like the have on soft pretzels. It's going to be awhile before I have Bacon again.

Well it would work great from her perspective but I dont see how I could go about selling sprinkling bacon bits down there.
