Would be nice to be able to find a racetrack willing to host the event on such short notice. Problem will be for the vendors and sponsors (as well as participants) who have all made their plans around this date to reschedule for a different date and location.

As long as its not too far from here, I will try to attend.

I was going to miss this because of bg and budget issues. Now its looking good for me. That's great because I really enjoy the norwalk race!

i called gsca at 8.00am this morning the event is still a go they said then they talked to dallas jones and track people .they said the track will be open for event .

Just got off the phone with Beech Bend Dragstrip and Dallas just got off the phone with the Buick club and its postponed.

Dallas gave the Club a few other dates later in teh year that the track has openings.

The Club now has to meet with its folks and chose the time they want to have it at. The lady said July, Oct was a few of the possible times given.

Lets see what they choose, hope they handle this correctly.
