BHJ install ?

I ordered a BHJ from Full Throttle. The instruction sheet says that "the damper must be matched balance to the assembly". Is it possible to install it without having it balanced? Do I need a longer balancer bolt for this balancer or will the stock size do?

In your best interest and life of your motor, the rotating assembly should be balanced with the balancer and flywheel. The BHJ instructions also state that the balancer should be honed out within a certain spec (which I forget) of the crank snout.
