Bracket and Bolt- Where does it go?

When removing my Trans out of my GN (a while back) the TV cable was binding up (or at least that is the cable I remember ). I unhooked a braket and bolt so I could drop the trans. on my garage floor. Now I have a clip and a bolt that I have no idea where it goes?? I "think" it may of been taped to the TV (or another) cable and think that I had to reach into the engine (way down) to get to it. Sorry for my state of confusion, I have been dealing with a very serious illness that my daughter has. TIA

If it's a small sheet-metal bracket wrapped around the cable, it used to be stuck under one of the bellhousing bolts on the passenger side.
