What about turbofabricator on here? He seems to know what he's doing in the fabrication department and already has his own twin set up? I like the work he does.
 
Ive got a local fabricator working on it now. The same guys doing the new headers, which should hopefully be done this week. After the 1 3/4s are finished, they're going to fix up the 1 5/8th headers and then move on to the twin setup.

First thing, This has gone on too long, Nick MiCale You
owe me money for 2 sets of flanges, and work I done on your buddy's
headers, and I owe you one set. We did not leave on bad terms.
I tried to resolve this with you, but you would not return my calls. So,
the next thing I know. You took my headers design to TA and had my header
knock off.Any body can see that. The only R&D you done was beating me down
price.

1. Shane, I know what this is all about.

2. The headers was test fitted, I have pics to proof it.

3. If they don't fit show us.

4. Did you email or call? When you so called had seen that they didn't FIT!

5.You said you tried to call me? Show us the phone bill,e-mail,
or some kind of proof. I have never heard from you since back
in dec. when I was your hero.

6. I told you four or five times, I do not have any intention of
mass-producing this headers.

7. If can you build a better set of twin turbo headers than show us.

Twin Turbo T --- Waylon

Re-read my post. I said I was not there. But don't forget, Natalie ( Daves wife ) was, and she still talks about the way you treated her and Dave that day. Also don't forget he told you when he was coming, you agreed, then you were not there. Remember, he was there to get his car and the box of parts that he and I owned (ie flanges ). Thats exactly what he left with, you know this---remember you finally did come over there then you threatened to kick his a** for getting our stuff and his car.

You are right, you were nice to me, this is why it was shocking to me to hear how you acted with them. I've known Dave since the early 1990's, and I know he is not making this up. We brought all the materials you asked for, we brought two cars for you to work with, and payed you all that money. Then we strarted promoting you to everybody we knew.

All I've got is two questions, what happened to you? Is this why Greg won't talk to us anymore too?
 
One other thing Waylon, I, nor do I think anyone else on here was making fun of your cancer. I personally do not find any humor in it, especially since I'm dealing with it everyday in my life right now.
 
I never mentioned Cancer Waylon. My father passed from it, I don't think I would make fun of that.

I will be more than happy to show you my phone bills with calls to your cell and your house...

Far as proof they don't fit, I will get Jay to go get some pictures..... As you can see they fit on the stand with ALOT OF WORK. That defeated the whole purpose of the design. Which was to be easy to install....

This is NOT how I wanted this to go down. All you had to do is return my calls....... I spoke with a woman several times and only got "he works during the week, he is not here."

Please explain the following to me;

1. Where are my IC pipes? Why did I send you 2 different IC's to test fit and we never got the pipes?

2. You told me for the last several months it was ALL DONE expect the inlet pipes I told you not to worry about that.
I have the exact date you bought the 3 1/2 DP from Sam just about a month and a half before we received the headers.... How were you done months before? I didn't pay for a chinese DP, I paid for a custom downpipe!

3. Why did it take so long to send the parts? Why didn't you send them all at once if they were "done." Why something one week, then two weeks later something else. I think it took around 5-6 weeks for the stuff finally came in.

4. You quit hearing from me because you quit answering the phone! Your cell phone would go straight to VM, and answering machine at home number. I called MANY MANY MANY times....

5. No I didn't email you because the last one I sent you came back with a response that obviously wasn't yours.... Don't forget about the one where I asked for my turbo and w/g parts back and you said I would get the turbo postage due! Which you finally did with a $30+ shipping fee:rolleyes:


Tell me where 1 of these statements are wrong?

If you got pics of them on a car how about show them to us? There is one particular mistake that I don't care how you fitted them would have caused problems. FALSE KNOCK!!!!!!!!!

Again this is not what I wanted, but obviously we are not the first ones to experience such....... You know "through the grapevine" I was pissed did you try to call me?
 
Shane, this thread is done!:) You will never get what you paid for from him.

Waylon has been exposed for what he really is - a liar, a cheat and a very vile person. His "convenient" memory shows this by the many comments about him here.

He has threatened bodily harm to me, and others, when pushed to tell the truth, and I know this by phone calls to 2 other local people.

As a total embarassment to the Buick community, and because of the people he screwed, he should join the few others not being allowed to participate in any public forum.
 
Wow Nick! I haven't heard a lot of this stuff till this thread... There is at least one more person I know that had a problem with him that hasn't posted. Physical threats too:eek: I agree with you Nick, HOPEFULLY no one else will get the same result.....


He has already accused of banning him, wonder how he posted then:rolleyes:

I don't want to use my position on this board to sway opinion on this. I would like to see his answers to my questions. I am trying to act like any member leaving feedback!

Why dont you just show us your pictures? I dont see any need to drive to the fab shop and take my time taking photos of this abortion of a twin kit when you have photos of it fitting.

Shane's seen it.. it doesn't fit. Richie Kibler has seen it.. it doesnt fit. I've seen it.. it doesnt fit. The fab guys have seen it.. and it doesnt fit. Are we all lying? Maybe on a car with no AC it might fit if you figure out a magical way to run the upper rad hose through a turbo.

Hey Waylon, what happened to my headers and oil pan? Still waiting? Better yet I've moved on you obviously have issues you need to address.

it's been you$$$.

We talk about this in feb 07, and I told you I was not
going to cut one peice of stainless until a down payment,
that was in apirl. For the down pipe I got of sam, it was
a quick and easy way to get you all the set to test. It
would have been cheaper to have built it myself, But time
was not on hand here. This was a proto type, problems,
and bugs, need to be work out.
If it's the radiator hose. I have that email 12/07/07. With
instruchion, and a drawing that I sent to you and your
boy. Oh, by the way Who had you on three way. So,
I know what you know.
This is what I think. You saying it don't fit.
I think you're may rework it a little, but it will look
just like, or be same one I sent you. If it wasn't for
me you'll still be scraching you'd heads.

So, to sume all this up. I'm a treat to some of you,
and yes your're going to find dirt on poeple, but there is
nothing that is never said about the good things. It is fun,
and exciting to bash poeple in. This is a pretty handy
tool here (turbobuick.com). This is a small world here,
and poeple will cut each other throats for any thing new
for these cars.

OK then, I purchased a second turbo to send you to as a mock up piece for 6 months so you could build WHO a set of headers then? You tell me you have them and they are ready along with the oil pan and even send me pictures. You then tell me you're not going to sell them to me because you are worried that I'm going to send them to china to have them knocked off? Seriously that is just insane. This is all after a bizarre tirade of e-mails you sent to me over some issue with another vendor I had nothing to do with. You are by far the most troubled Buick person I've dealt with and I honestly think you need medication.

I haven't seen any drawing... You want to post emails, say the word....

I will check the date on the first check sent but I think it was before that, but I can't say for sure without checking so I may be wrong.... Did you not say it would be ready by PINKS, then BG?

You are still ignoring the I/C pipe question. How can you question my word and you completely ignore that question.

You saying Nick this and that, but sounds like he got the exact treatment you gave us:rolleyes:

If we do use any of what you did it is simple economics, for the stainless (not the chinese part btw) If you want to refund me my money I will happily return what you sent me. How can I be any fairer than that! That would make it all clean and simple.....

You post pics of the car you tested it on and we will post pics of how it really doesn't fit.


NO ONE HAS SPOKE UP AND SAID WAYLON DID ME RIGHT:eek: Sounds like you got the problem not the rest of the Buick world as you claim(ed)!
