cant get boost cars missing help??

can anyone help? 86tr been building this car the last few months with no problems t63e turbo,persision front mount,50psi msd s, art carr non lock up 3200 converter, car ran super no spolling problems no missing. car run perfect untill i changed this stuff last week. bought a set of champian heads, 210 cam, billet chain, roller cam button,msd 8.5 wires, now i cant get it to run worth a hoot, takes it like 5 or 6 seconds to start building booste,(slow slow) then when it starts building it starts missing(cutting out) iv even got the vacume off the compressor side of turbo so it should wide open booste ,i put a buddys coil pack & module of his car so thats not the problem, checked cam sensor its ok, been trying to record on direct scan but cant get much because of miss, o2s are going like 850 i know its a little fat but dont think thats my problem, iv tried everything possible can anyone help thanks steve

Sounds like more than one problem.
Vacuum leak?
Plugs gapped too wide?

What are you using for a wastegate? It sounds like either the gate isnt sealing, or you have a large header/crossover leak. OR, you dont have the right chip for it and its pig fat.
