As some of you already know I had some car trouble at the TB.com Nationals where my car felt like it was running on 5 cylinders and after changing plugs and wires it was still doing the same thing then Nick Macale said for the heck of it try to putting my old chip back in the car and walla it worked....Well forward this to last week when I took the car out and got in to start it and there it was again...
So the ONLY thing that I had switched out and had not gone back with yet was the ECU. So I switched that back to my old one and instantly the problem was solved and haven't had that problem since..
I just wanted to post this to let everyone know that your ECU can be the culprit to your car doing wacky things so next time it seems like it's a coil pack or module don't pass up the ECU as the possible problem..
I had bought this ECU from a Buick member that was at Reynolds, guess now I know why it was so cheap!
In the trash it went.............
