I'M just trying to narrow it down to turbo seals OR, I appreciate anyone's opinion. THANKS

I'd suspect valve seals...but it should be doing it at idle when vacuum is highest.

Scooby, I appreciate you taking the time for your input, car has about 70,000 miles and basically I just noticed the smoke and that is the only time it appears is on deceleration. Thanks

For a test, delete the pcv and see if it still smokes.
