I need a radiator with the tranny and oil cooler. I hear CAS offers it (I dont have a core), so I go to their websight to order it. It isn't one of the three they offer so I'd like to e-mail them to see if I can get exactly what I want. I'm baffled, cuz I went to their homepage directed by this sight and I'm blind because I cannot find an e-mail address on their websight to see if they can help me.

I have to be wrong because homepages always list an e-mail address to get ahold of the people you need. Somebody that isn't blind please take a looksie and guide me, I need a radiator soon!!!!!!!!!! http://www.chargedair.com/

I know once I see it I'll feel stupid but it won't be the first time.

Rick,

I didn't see a e-mail address. I am picking up my new radiator in the morning for the yellow T. I have a local radiator shop that makes custom TR radiators for me.

May be someone will see the e-mail address for CAS.

I dont thin an email will do any good anyways..I emaied him about 6 months ago with no reply...I was wanting to get my own core made up too...I though on his website a long time ago he said the less fins the better for front mount but most say otherwise now..so I just dont know...I did get a return email from the guy in arizona..cant think of his name right now..but I think id buy from himif it was me..actually when I bought my front mount over a year ago I ordered a core from tony then & never seen it yet..

I have a Be-Cool aluminum and like it a bunch! I have the oil cooler in the radiator but run an external trans cooler. If I had to give advice I would say keep all three seperate. If you have problems just throw the trans or oil cooler away and your radiator will probably work better to boot!

CAS phone #

Rick,

Don't email, call Tony DeQuick @ CAS.

Charged Air Systems

Glad to help you out.

James

CAS Tony DeQuick's email is "TonyD@chargedair.com", but he has been real bad about responding lately. His voicemail box is full too, and not accepting messages. Tony has always been great in the past, so hopefully he will see all of these pleas for a response, and get caught up with contacting people.
There is also another outfit that I'm sending my radiator to, which sounds very promising. They offer a big-tube 3 core, that runs efficiently even with a front mount intercooler, per my conversation with the owner. He run's it on his GN. He said he'd use my tanks and his core for around $210 plus one-way shipping charge. Call Holm's Radiator - Des Moines, IA

Did you try that thing called the P-H-O-N-E?

Okay smarty pants, go to his websight and see if you you can even find a phone #.

I guess I'll forget that avenue and look elsewhere. I love the convenience of virtual shopping but there should always be a link to some kind of customer support on a websight that sells stuff.
So thanks for the info James but I think I'll pass on that company.

I'll give http://www.arizonagn.com a try, looks like they have a complete direct replacement for $300.

Do you eat Ramen noodles or what? :D Man, you are dropping some bucks in that car, or is this the new car? I'm impressed. :)

John, it's my new money pit. I bought the 87 roller without an interior, engine, or tranny. I think I am the #1 BUYER on this board at the moment:D Besides a TC, a radiator, and a paint job, I think I have everything I need to get this car ready to sell.
In fact I may just list it in the for sale section and see if I can bail out on it. I'm running low on time and patience to finish it.

Response :
If you need a radiator "soon" CAS is NOT the place you even want to think about!!!! If you need any part soon, CAS is NOT the place!!!!! But that's just my personal experience (and probably dozens of others on this board).

Derrick
