Aluminum heads with bronze guides. Seals fit guide well. Heads given clean bill of health by RCs head guy. Very little run time 4/6 exhaust seals have slid off the guide. Positive seals/guides are knurled. Any idea?

Champion used to use the crappy white Teflon seals. They loose they're stretch after a while. If that's what you've got, replace them with a good set of Viton seals.

Happy Spooling.

Those were not on the heads. Black vitons, gonna measure the guide and order some from summit that pacecar recommends.

Are you sure that it's loosing oil through the valve guides and not a bad turbo seal?

Mike its not the turbo. Bran new bison dbb6262. Seals are my concern they should not be coming off. We r not loosing oil.

I use the seals pacecar uses and they don't come off.

Did you already fix the problem with the seals?
And if you did what part# did you use?
I'm having the same problem with my friend's car.
