What is a dual stage turbos setup? Must be very rare as I have never heard of one. A $20,000 buy it now on a well worn 1985 t type gezz is someone dreaming.

Of course there are no under hood pictures. Go figure

Asked him the question "whats a dual stage turbo" His response was "it has 2 turbos". Sent him another question then "can you point both of them out to me in the pic" His response " its a dual stage turbo, makes twice the power" I replied "would you be willing to sell for $1500. He said if I add another 0 to it maybe if it does not sell for more.

Man I wish I had some of that stuff

yeah, my car had "dual stage turbo's from the factory" it was a cia car, but they took them off when it was sold to the fbi . i bought it from the dea, and found the guy that had taken the dual stage off, he gave it back to me, and i put it back on.:biggrin: now it's faster:tongue:

That is frickin awesome dude! Does it have the secret serial # too? Been searchin 4 1 a long time now, What is that like a $5k option and how rare. Becouse I have a friend who has a friend who knows this guy whos brother worked for the FBI and he said it was classified!

I'm more shocked at ANTI-LOCK brakes.

We all have dual stage turbo's. The dash light goes yellow and then the extra power kicks in when it turns red. Right?

I got an answer from him!!!

The dual stage is the two lights on the dash cluster accoding to him. I had told him they all have those. The lights are nothing special and more or less usless in reality. $20,000 wow if he gets that I am going to list my 84 GN for $50,000

You know out of nowhere it had dawned on me how stupid people can really be. He had stated how clean the car is and how well taken car of it is, wich is correct, it is real clean.


Do you think he could have just opened the owners manual to see what the lights meant on the dash before he listed how rare the car was????

Sounds like the jack daniels drinking granny up the road from me.

Her 84 turbo regal sitting in the garage, body is so poorly rotted and rusted the body is slammed to the frame. The fillers spitting out because of the lack of rubber between frame and body.

I almost made a offer for the car, but she told me it was her 401K

I felt bad for her and let her die piecefully "dreamers"
