I've put a complete Regal Digital dash in my car while I painted it earlier this year. The numerals were garbled and I couldn't read a thing. That got me looking at aftermarket gauges that are compact and may fit into the original opening. This unit is little longer than the stock cluster and will take a small amount if work to get them to fit. In the end I thing it will look factory. I'll also be able to keep all the original idiot lights! Here's what I decided to buy:

Here's how big it is compared to the stock unit and how it will look once installed.

Here's another shot with just the gauges inside the original housing. This is going to be easier than I thought.

Nice! I've got some DD's in my truck. My only gripe is (was) how dim they are in bright sunlight. That was recently rectified by having a new faceplate made using a lens with less pigment.

Be sure to post a finished pic!

thats awesome i really like it. but your missing the turbo power lights, or as my friends call them, warp speed lights.

do they make a brighter yellow to paint your car? :D
