the Pro controls spark using the analog output into the air temp input of the ECM. so a couple things.
5 volts output from the Pro represents minimum spark advance. so we need to see how the pro is configured, and why its outputting 5v. You can see intended
output voltage on the sensor monitor page as VO1. so check what that says.
check the vout1 mode, and setpoint in the config and setting menus.
what are the spark advance settings in the pro?
verify the connection from the brown wire to the air temp input on the ECM, you can probably measure it at the air temp sensor plug (which should be unplugged.)
