Can any one tell me how it performs when used on the street ....upshift,,downshift

I have one of CK's transmissions, which I would assume have his servo in it. It's much better than my old Level10 trans with a 'billet' servo. Up-shifts are firm but you don't get that driveshaft-ringing 2-1 downshift.

I just installed one in a customers tranny i rebuilt. Ill let ya know how it feels when i take it out today. It looks like a billet 200- speed servo. I like it because it pops in easier than most of the super servos on the market haha.

thanks bison...I am worried about getting a hard down shift from 2 to 1 when driveing on the street. The trans has a shift kit in it and a cpt 9 in 3200 stall..it shifts perfect with just a small bump from 1st to 2nd

Well i got the car back to the customer but did get to put some miles on it (a real GNX ta boot lol). I like the servo. The 1-2 is very crisp but won't give ya a headache and the down shift on the 3-2 that usually clunks with other servos was firm but nothing bad. I will probably be ordering one for my dads 86 soon enough. I like it because it still uses the factory servo pin and return cusion springs. It went in easy and was since it was using the factory pin it was pretty spot on to where i like to setup the band clearance. This unit was using a CK shift kit, and the directs were dual fed as well.

ill try to post pics and apply area tomorrow, however there is no servo available anywhere or from anyone with a larger apply area.

Chris,
I'll save you the time since I have one sitting here.
