Dusty hit the nail on the head BUT it's not just the internet loud mouths that has hurt or little community, it is also a vendor issue. look at the vendors that go out of there way to market a new or redesigned part, then come along the parts whores that do there best to duplicate it in china just to make a buck, or they try to undercut another vendors price just to make a sale.

A fine cliche that fits is "Familiary breeds contempt."
When each of us meets someone for the first time we're "nice" to that person. And the person we meet is "nice" to us. Then as everyone gets to know one another we're not as nice. It's just being human.
The Buick world will never be like it was when we all first became aquainted through our love of these cars. We now know each other and our shortcomings. And being human we verbalize it and form cliques.
Sad but normal human behavior in my opinion.

I don't think any one person was involved with that decision.
To be honest with you that is personal information between the Administrators and Moderators.
I am sure he will get an invitation to come back home soon.
Let's hope we can all get along next time.
In addition I don't expect people to take pot shots at banned members.
It would not be fair for the people to not be able to stick up for themselves.
John thanks for the prompt response and I agree 100% and it is very weasel like to take shots at somebody that is banned when they are unable to defend themselves.

That is not stupid at all John and it would definitely be nice for everyone to at least be respectful of each other for the New Year.
Respect; that word I personally feel is the key to harmony (if you want to call it that) on this forum! Nobody is saying you have to agree with each other on every topic, however, there are respectful ways to disagree and in some cases it's best to just agree to disagree so that you can move on.
