I had a heck of a time just getting these to the house.
Ordered the headers from Nick/AZ GN and they were sent DHL well they were late and lost the first shipment and then when I finally recieved them they were damaged.
2nd replacement set never made it either, they were lost and then they found them 2 states over. DHL mistake completely they kept promising the day of delivery and they never came through.
Bottom line never got the 2nd set due to DHL's bafoonery.

Nick had to send out a 3rd set via UPS and they made it here the next day as advertised.

In other words.....DHL sux. The headers are in the car and I am happy so far. Will write a lil somethin in the tech on the install experience

I wonder how those morons stay in business....I think that it's a franchise deal, and any jerk w/ 3 worn out vans, can get the deal. Pathetic at best.

The absolute worst experience shipper wise I have ever went through. I was beyond redfaced several times with customer service. But just kept getting lip service. Really though what are they supposedto do when the yeaa hoos on the end delivery wise cant do the job right.

The first set of headers was delivered out of the back of the some guys Personal car with a hole ripped trough the side of the box and a tube bent!

Dhl

Prices are great aggrevation is even higher. We finally went back with UPS Monday. Just couldn't take it any more.

good luck. UPS sucks as well atleast there international shipping does. FEDEX is the way to go.

I see you finally figured that out when it came to dhl. It is a shame. You work hard, give business to them and they can't get you taken care of.

Yeah I remember Last year around this time when I ordered a silicone reducer Turbo to IC hose from you Brian next day service and DHL screwed that all up. Glad you went to UPS

YAY!!

My last package from G-Body came two days after scheduled delivery and the guy came with a rented "Just 4 wheels" van !!! Thankfully, Brian's gang packed it all well, and no damage from him tossing it on the porch

They established themselves in International shipments. They had a knack for getting stuff through customs. If you had something that you really needed to get through customs fast (or something you'd rather not have customs look at too hard) you'd use DHL.

They expanded into the US market when the Internet, and online shopping, began to take off. I've had pretty good luck with them so I guess it depends on where you are.

Well my shipping experience UPS in Brooklyn NY is worst then the first post with DHL
They just don’t deliver on time or late I always ended up driving to the UPS building to pick everything up 2 weeks later.

But in Long Beach if the UPS delivery is scheduled for 9:00AM they will be ringing my bell at 8:59 am.

So now everything I need or my fam needs in Brooklyn gets shipped 18 miles East to Long Beach just not to have a 2 week UPS issue.

Even USPS has great service out here.
I guess that’s the way it is. Better neighborhood Better service.

There are two shipper's the company I work for will never use. FEDEX, and DHL.

Fed Ex stole a $4800 package off the truck. My final re-imbursement was $2700.00.I was able to figure this out due to there tracking system.
If I wanted the rest of my $ I was told to press charges against the driver!

I had to pay guys Saturday & Sunday to get the order back out by Monday.
Lost my a** on that 1.

UPS isn't great but I'm finding they are the less evil of the 3.

That is what I was thinking. Kind of like voting for presidents. You vote for the lesser tyrant. Like voting for OJ simpson vs hitler  Pick the one who is not as bad.

DHL left a $1200 intercooler on customers steps in Miami. Customer calls says never received package. Call DHL to place insurance claim. They tell me package shows delivered. Insurance does not cover packages after delivery only packages that were damaged in shipment. Then tells me that I did not request signature so it is optional and it was drivers call so I was SOL. Come to find out DHL investigates finds neighbor seen customer dragging 65lb box in house. I had to refund the paypal. Sooo I was out $1200+ship and customer has free intercooler all because driver did not think a signature was required.

Now thats a dirt bag customer!

Got to say knock on wood that USPS has the best service for me. Now if they could only come up with a decent tracking system instead of just delivery confirmation. There prices did just go up quite a bit though.

My dual fans from Gbody took 2 1/2 weeks to get to my house about 5 months ago. I called DHL and they said they were in the "Black hole". I guess when u lose as much stuff as they do you have a name for it.

Thanks for switching to UPS Brian.

dhl does suck they seem to lose my stuff almost everytime they are shipping to me.
