What do you mean by have pressure switch wired up?
What pressure switch? How does it help?

Oil pressure switch. It will bypass the fuel pump relay when it sees like 8 to 10psi of oil pressure.

Figured that was it. I think mine was removed to screw in the sender for the gauge. May need to T it in and put the switch back !
